DOON CARNIVAL – STALL & VENDOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Eligibility & Registration All vendors must be legally registered entities or individuals with valid identification. Vendors must provide accurate details regarding their business, products, and services during registration. The organizer reserves the right to accept or reject any application without providing a reason.
Stall Allocation & Setup Stall allocation will be at the discretion of the organizer and cannot be changed once assigned. Vendors must adhere to the setup and dismantling schedule provided by the organizer. Any damage caused to the stall or venue by the vendor will be the vendor’s responsibility.
Payments & Non-Refundable Clause Full payment for the stalls must be made before the event date. No refunds shall be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to vendor cancellation, no-show, natural calamities, government restrictions, or any unforeseen circumstances. In case of event postponement, the booking shall be carried forward to the rescheduled date.
Compliance & Legal Obligations Vendors must comply with all local, state, and central laws, including taxation and licensing requirements. Sale of illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited items is strictly forbidden. Vendors must ensure hygiene and safety standards as per government regulations.
Liability & Indemnification The organizer shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury sustained by the vendor or their staff. Vendors shall indemnify and hold the organizer harmless against any legal claims, liabilities, or damages arising from their participation.
Code of Conduct Vendors must maintain professional behavior and avoid any misconduct, harassment, or illegal activities. Noise levels must be kept within permissible limits, and vendors must adhere to the organizer’s instructions.
Force Majeure (Unavoidable Circumstances) The organizer shall not be responsible for any delays, disruptions, or cancellations due to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government orders, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond control.
Termination & Disqualification The organizer reserves the right to terminate or disqualify any vendor for non-compliance with these terms and conditions. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
Dispute Resolution Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. By participating in Doon Carnival, vendors agree to abide by these terms and conditions. 10.Once We Have Received Any Type Of Payment Related To Doon Carnival Event Then This All Term & Conditions Of Dev Bhoomi Advertising & Entertainment Will Be Applied To All Stalls & Vendors
